GLORIA CAMACHO

Gloria began volunteering in a local hospital at the age of 14. Over the years of developing her career in film & television production, she learned to manage working in the industry as well as making a contribution towards society through volunteering & local community projects. Born and raised in Miami, Florida she began working in television at the age of 19 and at the age of 24 moved to New York City, where she developed her career as a Production Manager for Viacom Networks. Through networking and connecting with various pro-social organizations within the New York area, Gloria’s desire to focus primarily on pro-social and environmental efforts grew and she quickly jumped at the opportunity to redirect her energy towards encompassing a new career opportunity as a Social Entrepreneur. By developing Aceneth LLC, she aims to continue raising awareness amongst her communities through digital media, documentary films and television programming as well as educational tools for children, teenagers and adults. Through promoting humanitarian and environmental efforts with events, institutions, companies and one day corporations, she hopes to awaken the wave of the new generation of Social Entrepreneurs that exist all over the world. Aceneth LLC’s mission is to create & inspire ambassadors for social change. Gloria’s passion for the good of her society combined with her experience in the fast-paced world of film and television provides her with the tools necessary to reach out, educate and inspire others into doing the same.

DAVID DOMINGUEZ

David graduated from the University of Miami in 2000 with a degree in psychology and a commission as an officer in the United States Air Force. Having been a pilot since the age of seventeen, Captain David Dominguez was a natural candidate for pilot training and flew the C-21 (Learjet 35) for the six and half years he was in the service, flying such dignitaries as the Speaker of the House and Director of the CIA. He was selected to be a C-21 Instructor Pilot in addition to his role as the Chief Workgroup Manager for the 457th Airlift Squadron. In addition, David earned the prestigious position of Executive Officer to the Squadron Commander. After retiring from the Air Force in 2006, the natural born entrepreneur began plans for a coffee roasting business in Miami, FL called Damado Coffee. Put on hold due to the economic crisis of 2008, David was not easily dissuaded. To make the best use of his time while waiting for a more opportune moment, he applied for and was accepted into the prestigious Professional Master’s of Business Administration at Florida International University. With his entrepreneurial spirit burning strong David decided to pursue his passion for photography by opening Ex Arte Photography Studio in Miami Beach. In addition to his varied talents, David enjoys traveling and has been to forty-four countries including all of Western Europe. David is driven by his desire for perfection and refusal to give up.


OSCAR GRAU

Oscar graduated in 03' from the FIU School of Business where he earned a degree in Marketing & International Business. White attending FIU, he was a founding member and served as president of the FIU Student Alumni Association (SAA). During his tenure, he helped bridge students & alumni together through the creation of SAA's first mentorship program. A strong passion for the marketing field led him to join the American Marketing Association (AMA) where he served on the executive board and represented FIU at the annual AMA conference. His involvement in various other leadership organizations allowed him to work closely with students, university administration, and government representatives, including serving as a Student Ambassador for the Office of the President. After graduation, Grau played an instrumental role in the creation of the FIU Young Urban Professional Alumni (YUPA!), a new chapter designed for the young alumni. Grau launched his career with Automatic Data Processing (ADP). As District Manager for the North Dade Market, Grau also served as Sales Training Manager for the South Florida District. His ADP career was highlighted at ADP's President's Club where Grau was ranked among the top professionals in his organization. Today, Oscar has joined Eli Lilly & Co. where he helps provide solutions for South Florida physicians and individuals living with diabetes. His pursuit for higher education has led him to continue his studies at FIU where he is a 2010 candidate for the Professional MBA.



YOLANDA RODRIGUEZ

Yolanda joined Florida International University’s College of Business Administration in 2005 and currently serves as the Advancement Accounting Coordinator, working closely with donors and alumni to generate funds for scholarships, endowments and general operating funds for our students and the College. Yolanda handles the operations of the department and constantly strategizes ways to improve the work environment. Yolanda is actively involved in the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Organization, serving as the Faculty Advisor for all the current members. Her leadership in this organization has served as a model for the current members. Yolanda continues to support this organization as a proud Alumnus. Prior to assuming her current role, Yolanda was responsible for the financials and auditing of Union Planter’s Little Havana Branch and played a significant role in the training and development of the new Regions Bank system conversion. Yolanda is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Professional MBA program at Florida International University (FIU) and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology from FIU. Yolanda is skilled in data programs such as Raiser’s Edge, ACT and GiftWorks, and trained in financial planning, budget analysis and grant writing.


JOHANNA SALAZAR

Johanna graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, NY in 2003 with a Journalism Degree and an International Studies Minor (obtained in Rome, Italy). Johanna Salazar has worked with the Production Management Departments of several channels within the VIACOM Family. After coordinating and overseeing over 100 shows in a period of over six years and launching the production department for MTV Tr3s, Johanna decided it was time to move on to pursue higher and more personal goals and started her own company called ACENETH, LLC, in Miami Florida. The company’s mission is to Educate, Enable and Empower Social Entrepreneurs worldwide thru ground breaking and innovative films, documentaries, programming and events geared toward educating the public on important topics for the benefit of the global community. Johanna is aiming at improving and contributing to the education system here in the United States through her work in film and documentaries. Her passion, determination and professional experience as a Line Producer and Production Manager has been her driving force propelling her to voice a message of hope, knowledge, and independent critical thinking. Johanna is currently pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration from the Professional MBA Program at Florida International University (FIU) in order to become a well rounded business woman and professional changemaker. During her free time, Johanna enjoys reading, traveling, writing and being funny. 


ROSA L. RIVERA

Rosa was born in Houston, Texas as the daughter of Mexican immigrants. At the age of 10, Rosa lost her father and started working at the family business located in Mexico after school and on weekends. Graduating early with a high school scholarship, she pursued her dream as a License Vocational Nurse at the local college of medicine while volunteering at hospitals and nursing homes, as well as the local Boys and Girls Club. Realizing, medicine was not what inspired her, Rosa moved to Miami, FL at the age of 19 where she worked for JPMorgan Chase Private Bank a Fortune 500 company, ranked as one of the top Private Banks. Encouraged and mentored by colleagues, Rosa focused her studies in business, and graduated from Florida International University’s College of Business Administration with a dual major in Business Management and International Business. As of today, Rosa has worked for other Fortune 500 company like American Express Bank International Private Bank as a Project Analyst and is currently working for a Global 500, Standard Chartered Bank International Private Bank as the Facilities Manager, where she has been strongly involved in enforcing green initiative by influence the launch of the buildings recycle program, coordinate the donated of used computer equipment, and started the donation of used furniture to a non-profit organization for the blind and partly impaired. In addition, coordinates the holiday toys drive for children in Haiti and volunteers at non-profit organizations. Always inspired to be greatly educated, Rosa received a Graduate Business Certificate from the University of Miami in 2008 and is currently enrolled in the Professional Master’s of Business Administration at Florida International University, as well as pursuing the Series 7 Broker Dealer License. Rosa, future goal is driven by the desire to make the planet greener, once graduating with the MBA she is inspired to launch a non-profit organization where company’s can donated their unwanted furniture, computer equipment, and miscellanea items to other business, schools, or non-profit organizations in need that can utilize these items for several more years instead of discarding this items in land fields, as well as starting a website to offer green products and educate the consumer on the cost and benefit. On her personal time, Rosa loves to travel and enjoys dining out with her friends and family.



RAMON DE LOS SANTOS

Ramon was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1983. He moved to Miami in 1989 and obtained a B.A. in Finance in 2005 from Florida International University. In February 2010, Ramon obtained his M.B.A from Florida International University. Currently, he has over 6 years of banking experience in Miami. In January 2009, Ramon joined Marquis Bank as Assistant Vice President, where he is a loan operations manager and Jr. portfolio manager. He reviews and analyzes loan requests to determine financial strength and risk of borrowers. He is a member of various internal bank committees, including Audit, IT Steering, CRA, and Deposit Rate Setting. Ramon’s career began as bank teller where he had a variety of duties such as monitoring of accounts on a daily basis for suspicious activity, ensuring accuracy of teller transactions and promoting sales of life insurance, home equity lines, and savings accounts. Ramon then went on to be a Consumer Lending Officer from 2004-2006. Ramon was recognized as top producer for the Southeast region of Regions Bank in 2006. He managed a consumer lending portfolio of $12 million and $3 million dollars in deposit. In mid-2006, Ramon joined the Corporate Banking & Public Finance Division of Regions Bank. Ramon served as the first point of contact for corporate entities with revenues exceeding $250 million. Other duties were preparing of Request for Proposals for public finance entities in South Florida, such as non-for-profit organizations, municipalities, universities, and schools. He also prepared presentation pitch books for business development, analyzed customer profitability, and conducted research analysis on corporate entities. JUAN CARLOS MORALES

Juan Carlos Morales, as VP of Finance at Hoodiny Entertainment Group, an international social media company which utilizes its technology to offer the Cyloop Music Network a rapidly growing Internet radio and social music service, Mr. Morales has managed all of the financial resources and obligations of the organization in addition to accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, tax compliance, and human resources for over 3 years. Prior to joining Hoodiny Mr. Morales worked over six years with the audit practice of KPMG LLP, one of the largest global accounting firms, as one of the leading supervisors of audit engagements for global financial institutions as well as international brokerdealers. Mr. Morales also had the opportunity of participating in several mergers and acquisitions projects, including working abroad assisting in the Citibank purchase of Banamex, one of the largest banks in Mexico.He has earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Florida International University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.


NANCY


Nancy, a college graduate overcame her circumstances in 2004 when she became the first in her family to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration: Human Resources from Florida International University. Nancy rose above statistics as a single mother of three with determination and resilience to accomplish her goals and to set a precedence not only reserved for her girls. A believer in education, Nancy continues to pursue higher learning. "Education is key," she says, "You have to educate yourself in whatever endeavor you wish to pursue." In spite of any obstacles that may rise or any naysayers, like Nancy, you too have what it takes to reach your goals. Set your goals and always stay focused on those. No weapon formed will prosper and you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

MIGUEL

Miguel received his Dual Major Bachelors Degree in Management and International Business from Florida International University in 2000. He received his MBA in International Business from the University of Miami in 2002. Miguel is currently a Financial Representative/Partner at L.M. Bravo and Associates, an Insurance and Financial Services firm and is an owner and founder of Transcript, Inc. a medical transcription solution provider. He has an extensive background in I.T., High Level Telecommunications Management and Customer Service. He is the founder and former owner of Computran, Inc. an I.T. Services company. He serves on several South Florida advisory boards and is a member of several prominent South Florida business associations and Chambers. Miguel was born in New Jersey, was raised in Puerto Rico and has called South Florida home since 1987. He has been a resident of Miami since 1996 where he currently resides with his wife and 2 month old daughter.

ROBERT SEPULVEDA

Robert Sepulveda is currently a Private Banking Officer with Regions Bank where he manages a portfolio of $35 million in loans and more than $30 million in deposits. Mr. Sepulveda's career with Regions Bank started in 2004 while he was completing his undergraduate degree. Beginning his career as a teller, Robert aggressively moved up the corporate ladder and now holds a position in the Private Banking department. After serving as a teller for one year, Robert sought developmental opportunities and soon progressed into a supervisory position where he managed 8 employees and handled monetary transaction totaling over $100 thousand dollars daily. After leaving this position, Robert continued his career by pursuing an opportunity within the Regions Private Banking Department. Robert Sepulveda has now been with Regions Private Banking for nearly 4 years. Mr. Sepulveda attended Florida International University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Business Management and Marketing. Before graduating in 2005, Robert participated in a National Student Exchange Program where he studied at California State University in San Bernardino. Mr. Sepulveda is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, the co-ed business fraternity. He enjoys traveling and currently resides in Miami, FL.
